Speaking To Children – OHS 125

I deeply enjoy speaking to groups of children. This next week I will be speaking in Marshall, Indiana to my favorite age group, middle school kids. I guess it is a good thing I moonlight as a professional speaker. I have convocated (or should I say spoke) at many schools around the country. Included are many school in the state of Idaho and especially the city I live in, the City of Trees – Boise. I have shared my life and my inspirational words to children in the second grade all the way through to young adults in college. I love speaking to children. A few years ago I was working with the youth empowerment group called Cool Speak. I was on a job with another speaker in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She asked me what is my favorite audience to speak in front of is. I said “middle school kids!”

About a month ago I spoke to high school youth on their way to college. This month, next week in fact, I will be speaking in Indiana to my favorite age groups. The grades of 3 to 5 and 6 to 8. I have had the pleasure and honor of speaking all over the world. But there is something extra special about going to my home state of Indiana to do what I love to do, speaking to children.
