Speaking On The Road – OHS 126

This week I spoke at the Turkey Run Elementary and Middle school. In fact it was today this Tuesday September 24th, 2019. It was a long flight from Boise, Idaho to Indianapolis. Then the one hour drive to Bloomington, Indiana. It took 13 hours to get here from the time I left my door until I put my bags down at my friends house for the night. Then I had to get up again at 5:30 in the morning to make the 2 hour drive to Marshal, Indiana to do deliver the speech. Then another two hours to drive back to my friend’s house. It is part of the life of a professional speaker that most people do not see. All the time and energy that goes into speaking for an hour. People often ask is it is worth it to put in so much time for a one hour talk. My response is always how making a difference in the life of a child is priceless. This convocation was sponsored by Experience Technology of Bloomington, Indiana.
